It’s time for that tune up!

Stay Warm this Winter

There are some simple and inexpensive  ways to keep warm this winter!

Programmable or Wi-Fi Thermostat
If you’ve not yet invested in a programmable or Wi-Fi thermostat, what are you waiting for? This is one of the best ways to maintain control over the temperature in your home. If you have a programmable or Wi-Fi thermostat, set your temperature 5 degrees cooler for when you are away than when you are at home. This allows for the system to cycle less while no one is at home and still keep your home at a comfortable temperature. We offer several smart thermostats, click here to request information.

Change Your Filters
Set a reminder on your calendar to change your air filters once a month. If you don’t change your filters on a regular basis, debris and allergens can build up and restrict the distribution of air flow throughout your home. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is aptly true here. Air filters should always be accordion/pleated style like the ones pictured here to provide you the best filtration.

Participate in a Maintenance Plan
We get regular check-ups at the doctor to insure our health is a priority. The same can be said for your heating and air system. Regular routine maintenance is essential to the health of your system and the comfort level in your home. We Care About You

The safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance during this time. As such, we are taking the necessary precautions to protect you and your families as we work to meet your needs.

  • Freshly changed gloves and shoe covers between each customer meeting.
  • The use of hand sanitizer both in the office, and our company vehicles.
  • The use of N95 masks for employees who are interacting with customers.
  • Practicing safe social distancing, and no handshakes.
  • Sanitizing of ink pens and tablets before and after each customer experience.

We have moved many of our office functions to remote through the end of April and will be heeding the direction of state and federal government agencies for any additional direction in extending this time period. For the few who are in the office, we have a daily procedure of office sanitizing as well.

We realize this can be an uncertain time and we want to assure you we are taking the necessary precautions to protect you. But, more importantly, we want to check on one another because we care.
