  • Test carbon monoxide levels
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Thermostat operation
  • Lubricate all motors, bearings, fans and circulator pumps
  • Clean pilot assembly
  • Replace disposable filter with MERV 8 pleated filter
  • Test and adjust operation of safety & operating controls
  • Inspect flue pipe and gas valve
  • Check blower motor
  • Safety test and tighten all wiring and connections
  • Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow
  • Check temperature rise, fan speed, gas pressure
  • Visually inspect duct system
  • Test smoke detectors
  • Check service light & humidity


  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Record operating pressures and temperatures
  • Replace disposable air filter with MERV 8 pleated filter
  • Measure refrigerant superheat and sub cooling
  • Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow
  • Clean outdoor condenser coil
  • Wash outdoor condenser cabinet
  • Check blower motor
  • Test "temperature drop", adjust blower speed
  • Safety test all controls for proper operation
  • Meter voltage, amperage, and bearings in all motors
  • Test condition of compressor contacts
  • Inspect, start, and run capacitor
  • Test and tighten wires and connections
  • Check service light, evaporator coil, and humidity
  • Megometer test the compressor

All services include informing the client of equipment condition and recommending repairs, if necessary
