I know I have already sent a note stating my appreciation toward Eric for a job well done...but thought a second note was warranted. Eric truly provided exceptional customer service. He was determined to make me a happy customer and did not stop until the problem was resolved and I was 100% satisfied. Cannot say enough about the job he did!!

Eric and Zach went above and beyond during my summer tune up. I did not expect them to inspect the furnaces, but they did. They found that my furnace coil was dirty and could effect my cooling....so they cleaned the coil.

I must tell you that I was very impressed with Todd of Long Heating and Air. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and work. Wendy and Samantha were very warm, also. Together they demonstrated concern for their client 's (our) satisfaction.

I just wanted to say a quick Thank you to a couple of people that work for your company. Thank you Sandra and Tom @ LH&A. We have been using LH&A for the past 6 years and LH&A installed both of our new units (1) 5 years ago and (1) last year. We had an issue with the recently installed unit this week and your team was very quick to respond to our needs. TURNS OUT there was noting wrong or defective with the unit, It just went into a fail/safe mode due to a thunderstorm we experienced this past Sunday. Tom was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem (even though it was frustrating- he is very good at what he does and is very knowledgeable). Long story short- THANK YOU GUYS for the customer service in scheduling, and technical support! Tom has now educated me on what to do if we have it happen again to reset the system! We will continue to use your services and PMs and will continue to recommend your company to anyone who needs help!

Wanted to drop a note to express my appreciation for my first service with Long HVAC. Jason was the technician working at my house. I was very pleased with Jason's punctuality, professionalism and friendly demeanor. He took the time to both explain the process in advance and when a part tested bad he actually showed me the result of the test of that part.
I have engaged many HVAC companies in my 50+ years' but have never met a better ambassador for a service company.
Thanks to all at Long's. We look forward to continuing our new relationship.
