This letter is to express our appreciation for you and Long Heating and Air Conditioning. We’re extremely satisfied with the Amana high efficiency heating and air conditioning system that you installed and the service that we received on our house that we remodeled near Furman University. We had gas brought in to the house and turned the heat on in November. We had purchased the 95% efficiency Furnace and have been exceeding pleased with its performance.

The house is over 2,600 square feet and even with old wooden windows, our average gas bill was approximately $80.00 per month this last winter. Our gas bill for March was $46.00. We have gas cooking, dryer, hot water and heating and with the high efficiency furnace and the tankless hot water heater our gas bill was reduced by 70% from our previous bills on a much smaller house. You also installed a whole house humidifier and air cleaner that made this last winter most enjoyable.

We installed a 5 ton air conditioner that’s located under our back deck and near our master bedroom and was concerned about the noise level. I was very surprised when we turned it on last month and could hardly hear it running while on the deck, just feet above the condenser. Our neighbors unit that’s over 100 feet away is louder than our Amana unit.

Your installation, office staff and service people have been great as well! The systems over all quietness and efficiency along with your companies great service gives your company a five star rating in my opinion. In our countries current state of our affairs, few companies under promise and over deliver, but that’s what you’ve done for us.

My personal career and mission is to help people by under promising and over delivering in my Healthcare insurance and retirement Annuity products and really appreciate when I find other Companies with similar goals. I hope this letter assists others in selecting Long Heating and Air conditioning for their needs as well.

I wanted to follow up with you that the new AC system is working GREAT! With the duct work that has been done previously, the dampers are able to keep the house at different temperatures on both levels. We were not able to accomplish this before with the other system! I will be recommending Long Heating and Air to my friends in the neighborhood when their AC's need to be replaced!!! The new system is much quieter than the older model I had. Thanks again for taking the time to answer all of my questions, as well as my husband's. In addition to getting our house cool again! It meant a lot to us that your turn around was so quick and that we didn't need to stay in a hotel! Our home is now at a comfortable 72 degrees!

I have been a customer to Long Heating & Air for 9 years. I am on their PM program where they come out to my house twice a year and check my system to make sure all is working well. This past summer they found that my 15 year old system was no longer was giving me all it could give so their sales guy came out and talked with me and my husband. After getting $500 in rebates, and a tax credit and money back from Duke Power I saved around $1750. On top of that the install crew was at my house that next day at 8 am ready to install my new system. Everything was installed and running by the end of the day and paper work in hand. I knew that Long Heating & Air was an efficient company because I have been their customer for 9 years but this truly impressed me. Maintenance done on Tuesday morning, sales guy out Tuesday afternoon and new system Wednesday morning absolutely incredible. We will be a life time Long Heating; Air customer.

The installation was great and I wanted to say a big thank you to the guys for doing it. The new system works GREAT! Erin and I like it so much, we are strongly considering replacing the downstairs unit next summer just to go ahead and have a great new system throughout the entire house.

I contacted Long Heating about installing two new systems for us, after getting two other bids i went with them because of the 10 year parts & labor, Lifetime Unit replacement on my compressor and their commitment to a one day install. They started early Monday on my first system and didn,t leave until it was up and running, then came back the next day and repeated the process. We are very Happy and appreciate the quick turn around.

I obtained estimates from three other local companies to replace my furnace and heat pump. Of the three, Long Heating and Air Conditioning was by far the most prompt, courteous and professional. Their prices were very competitive. The technicians/installers showed up on time, and completed the installation the same day. My sales rep even came out the next business day to inspect the job! THIS is how ALL contractors should perform! Highly recommended from a very picky customer.
